Rosenfeldt estate it obtained the consent of the beneficiaries and the authorization of the probate court, were worthless, and that it was negligent, in that upon being appointed trustee under the will of Julia A. Rosenfeldt it failed to recover from itself as executor of her will the $13,320 paid for said worthless stock, justified surcharging the trustee's account said sum.
